Today is the day! Finals!!!

Let me tell you, I have watched every stroke of every heat of every race at this Olympics Regatta and it has been some of the most fantastic racing I have witnessed. Our K4 girls have done South Africa proud. There is actually no stopping their progress; every race they get better and better. And today is the culmination of their 4 years of building to this point. Whatever happens today, they have achieved their goal and have succeeded in their what they planned come hell or high water...literally.

Well done girls!!! Now go out there and show them!
