So today in Csepel Budapest is 35 degrees... so for all of you that are at home cold, I am not too sure what is worse... really hot or really cold.

We are leavin for Poland (Poznan) on Wednesday morning and racing are last World Cup before the Olympics. After Poland we get to come home for 10 days and then back to Hungary until the Olympics.

This afternoon we have "race practice". We have to practice our warm up and everything we will do on race day. Then we do 2 time trials. K1 500m and then K4 500m.

I hope we dont melt out there today!
