Hi there, well the internet is terrible here, I have written this story already, so here goes again.

We arrived in Poland and the weather is nice, but the course is super bumpy and choppy... bring on the surfski paddlers!

This morning the races kicked off with the 1000 heats, bridgette won her heat, Shaun was 3rd and Calvin 9th.

This weekend for the K4 is slightly different to what we are used to as there is a straight A final on Sat afternoon at 16:23. So we have one very important race... no warm up race or practice run. Probably not a bad thing to have to get used to as at the Olympics there are only 10 K4's that qualified so every race is going to really matter.

I will keep you posted on what happens throughout the weekend. This afternoon is the 500m heats for K1 and K2's.
