THE PADDLING CENTRE is a business in the PADDLING, KAYAK, WATER AND OUTDOOR SPORTS industry that markets paddling equipment, accessories and apparel. |
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and delivery confirmed by way of email with postal tracking number where applicable. Deliveries are procured by way of the South African Postal agency unless otherwise specified by the client. |

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by THE PADDLING CENTRE is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, THE PADDLING CENTRE will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee. While we make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered without any damages, once goods leave THE PADDLING CENTRE premises then THE PADDLING CENTRE, it’s employees and associates can no longer be responsible for the state and well being of the goods. The client accepts full responsibility of the goods purchased once. If a refund is sought THE PADDLING CENTRE will refund products that weren’t bought on sale or promotion and once they have been returned in the same state as sold. Used products will not be refunded. |
Customer privacy policy

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the THE PADDLING CENTRE bank account, the details of which will be provided on request and available on our website. |
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for THE PADDLING CENTRE via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. |
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by THE PADDLING CENTRE separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za |
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). |
Responsibility
THE PADDLING CENTRE takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods |

Variation
THE PADDLING CENTRE may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. |
